What is live, work, and where is happiness?

I created this post some time ago. However today I found myself reading It and decided to give it a little facelift as inauguration on this blog...
What is the purpose of get a really good job in a huge company? What is your aim? Think a moment on it, prestige, money, personal development, whatever your reasons are...probably you though on this before, nevertheless to many people take a lot time, effort and dissatisfaction to find out the answer. This pressure to become a CEO to earn more than your college/neighbor/uknown person. We currently move into a western society where we usually do not look at the consequences but yes at the aim (It is like to rush into a road without brakes, it is great also It very easy to crash). Do you look after yourself? If you do not look after yourself and feel good doing what you do, How can you be able to inspire and care for others? Have you ever think about this before?
"Say what you feel and do what you think"
Besides this is a subject on which we could expand pages and pages, here is just a little glimpse of a few lines:
  • First of all, to know what you need, you have to highly well know yourself. Is a great investment to take some time for this
  • Furthermore it is very important to dispose of time to yourself, family and friends
  • Understand that to harvesting you must first sow. Reciclate yourself, keep learning and be patient. Rome was not built in one day
  • Work to live, not live to work.  Wanted <> Needed. This has nothing to do with becoming a hippie, has to do with your balance, work-family-yourself and your life
When facing a new challenge follow your instinct and judgement, they have been made up through your knowledge and experience. Try to avoid to do over and over what is wrong according to it. Even if it is difficult at the beginning, it will be worth it at the end and you will feel better. Be disciplined in order to keep your reasoning clear; you will take decisions better and faster.

“Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.” Albert Einstain

Follow your values, ideas and heart. Always be humble and express yourself.
I would like to finish quoting a phrase of the great Thai thinker, L.P Pasura which luckily I personally met in 2015:
"It is not necessary to be someone else,
it is ok to be an ordinary person.
Be happy, and help others,
and you will get the glass full"
